Unless fate (the coincidences through which God operates anonymously) happens to find him in the middle of a refugee-related riot. Oh, that was the American president? Why, we had no idea, as this was one of our usual Allah-akhbar riots which was intended to show bystanders how powerful Allah was. Oh, he was an Allah booster? Whoops our bad, so sad!
(Just guessing a scenario that comports with the way biblical events can play out. I have absolutely no way of contacting those Allah-akhbar folks and would refuse if offered.)
