Hopefully the new Labor Commissioner will undo the PC terrorism that the previous a-hole did to this couple. They ended up paying the $135,000 fine. I don’t know if they’re still fighting this in court.
I’d think he’d at least try. Bureaucratic rules may require the court to find, but he could basically nolo contendere the agency’s role in it.
