Hollywood Reporter ^ | November 10, 2016 | Eriq Gardner

Not 100% sure but pretty sure you can’t sue the POTUS.

TRUTH WILL PREVAIL.

He didn’t say anything that we ‘American witnesses’ could see with our own eyes.

I am no legal expert, but I really did think "libel" means written stuff, as opposed to "slander" which would be spoken stuff.

However I know somebody who is not afraid of fighting back stupid lawsuits....;-)

Freedom of speech - do you really need a lawyer to express an opinion?

Great - file a complaint that President Trump called you biased when in fact you voted for him. Prove it!!!!!!

Can we sue the press for misrepresentation, lies, instigating a riot, abetting protesters? Anything. I fully believe the MSM is the basic swamp of this nation. Drain it and the rest of the critters follow.

Bill and Hillary left the White House virtually broke for one reason - they had 18 cases go the the US Supreme court and they lost 16 of ‘em.

He would completely obliterate the first two or three of them and then there would be silence. Bring it on.

Is this reporter throwing out again the flawed premise that there surely must be a pony under all of that horse manure? I’m not even sure that the MSM was even telling the truth about their real names.

I just researched it. They can’t be sued for “job related” events but stuff that happened outside of the job are fair game.

Not 100% sure but pretty sure you can’t sue the POTUS.

Tell that to Bill Clinton. Courts are pretty aggressive in dismissing nuisance lawsuits against the president.

They wouldn’t stand a chance as they were not only exposed through WikiLeaks, but so brazenly propaganda for Democrats it would only hurt them further.
