The plan is to groom her for POTUS, and the reason O is staying in DC is they want to run the moose in 2020.

The Kennedy clan has been popping out dynastic heirs for generations now. Lucky for us, most of them are idiots.
An exception was John Jr. who was more Bouvier than Kennedy. But he still managed to fly a plane straight into the sea.

And, best I can tell, they're not really positioned to generate the amount of graft that the CFF has come to depend on. They're small-time, like my former representative Corrine Brown, who was only able to skim a few hundred thousand off the bogus scholarship fund that will likely send her to prison, not even a year's salary for Chelsea.
That is exactly why Trump needs to really have the Clinton Foundation investigated from top to bottom. Chelsea is involved in it up to her ears, and all 3 Clintons belong behind bars.
To really clean things up, Trump and his people should uproot Bushism like the noxious weed that it is.
Maybe, after Chelsea gets out of prison for using money from a charity to finance her wedding.
This will be the “not with a bang, but a whimper” end to the Clintons.
A large part of the district is west of the Hudson — exurbs, not suburbs, and is a mix of Irish and Italians who reliably vote “D” but don’t care one bit for the Clintons, and Hasidic Jews who now HATE the Clintons. The Westchester side of the district was redrawn to put the African American and Hispanic machine voters of Yonkers and Mt. Vernon in Elliot Engel’s district. The Westchester voters who are left are high-income, high-education white liberals who won’t vote based upon name recognition.
If she runs, the Albany and county-seat Dems will get together and pick some smart, telegenic modern Orthodox Jewish Mayor or legislator from Rockland. He’ll win 70%+ of the vote west of the Hudson and keep it close enough east of the Hudson to beat Chelsea easily.
Chelsea comes with a can of worms!
