Trump won because their is a huge amount of people making political decisions in America contrary to America’s interests.
In BOTH PARTIES.
Everyone is for sale, and supporting the monstrous globalist mess. Everyone.
American voters, said enough.
They are still trying to give the narrative that educated whites did nto vote for Trump . Not true.
Trump won because college-educated Americans are out of work.
Reply from the Smart People: "See, this means people of color can be racist after all!!!!!!11!!!"
Take your ‘fish wrap, crap written’ so called newspaper and use it instead of toilet paper, it would be better for you...
Your nothing but liars, your do not represent the majority of America, as you would know by Wed. Morning when you woke up, if you ever went out into the public...course I understand why you don’t, we would hunt you down and shove this crap down your throat!!!
Nothing to do with college....the demographic was the WORKING middle class and I’d say 35 and up. In other words....the ones who are paying the bills for the leeches.
There! Fixed it.
Glad I got my degree so I could be part of their problem...
College educated morons allowed their pea-sized brains to be filled with satanic mush. They turned their collective backs on God and never learned what America stands for. TRUTH is a foreign concept at our colleges and universities.
Actually I think many college educated people also voted for Trump.
Trump won, because people finally got really tired of the Dem empty promises and lies, while everything was going down the tubes. People finally had enough.
The majority of white males with college degrees voted for Trump. I would bet that if you looked at degrees in hard sciences the difference would be even larger; it is the non-white social justice warriors with soft degrees that cause the large discrepancy in those with college degrees voting for Clinton.
Perhaps the idiots who say and/or write garbage, claiming that it is the uneducated who voted for Trump ( now they raised it to Masters or better degrees, who didn't vote for him ? ) should look at the majors of those who voted for Hillary. Women's, black, Hispanic studies majors aren't just worthless and stupid, but rots the brain and leads on to vote for Dem candidates without being able to "think". LOL
The overriding principle for all government should be what is best for the average citizen in an atmosphere of liberty. Not what can be sold to the highest bidder.
Excellent article. And in the WaPo?
Heads will explode.
They ought to have said “college degreed”, not “college educated”. Whether these voters were properly educated is questionable.
Oh BS. A lot of very highly educated professionals supported Trump.
The out of touch guys are the no skin in the game "intellectual yet idiots"
Somehow earning a Bachelors Degree did not render me completely stupid.
Incredible, I know.
Newspapers continue to lose money, because journalists like this guy are out of touch. He`s living in Stupidville and get out.
University-educated people receive social brainwashing. Planned, coordinated, faculty-run brainwashing. For decades.
You make some excellent points. I actually know many people who have advanced degrees and voted for Trump - not necessarily because they liked him, but because they thought there’d be a chance for conservative policies under him while there would be NO chance under Hillary.
I voted for him but didn’t like him; however, the thing that really made the difference in turnout is that Trump’s most successful business was entertainment and building his brand name, and actually this was not a bad thing for this election. Hillary got the press and Trump got it only by being the bad boy. I wish his handlers had taken away his phone and spared him some of the midnight tweets because they were the only thing that gave Hillary’s campaign any oxygen.
But Trump attracted the attention of a lot of people who had tuned out politicians years ago. And some of them, actually, are college educated and even have advanced degrees and are not barely literate, as most of the articles seem to imply.
The press doesn’t want to know this. Still, there was a great article by a journalist on the CBS website saying basically that the press blew it because they were all out of the same hive and buzzing the same buzzes and that they should actually get back to objective reporting. We need to encourage this.
As for those (like me) who didn’t like Trump personally and didn’t think he was sincere in his conservative positions, they voted for him. And that’s all you want.
