Lines were largely non-existent, the sun shone, Trump v. Clinton voter tensions flared, ballotless absentee voters fumed and two Broward County precinct clerks were fired as Election Day gained momentum Tuesday.
Deputies were called to keep the peace when a dispute between poll workers erupted about 9 a.m. at the Herb Skolnick Community Center in Pompano Beach, a Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said.
As a result, two poll clerks, who work for the Broward Supervisor of Elections, and two volunteer poll watchers "had to be let go," said Tonya Edwards, spokeswoman for the elections office.
"[The poll watchers] had to be let go because they were interfering with the voting process," Edwards said. "And the clerks were not adhering to the procedures set forth by our office, so they had to be let go."
Edwards did not expand on what the nature of the interference was but said that after the four were dismissed, the precinct was back to "running smoothly and fine."
Polls opened at 7 a.m. and will remain so until 7 p.m. Anyone in line by 7 p.m. is allowed to vote. You must vote at your assigned precinct.
Find your precinct in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach counties.
Sparks flew between a "Latinas for Trump" campaign worker and a black Hillary Clinton voter at the Southwest Focal Point Senior Center in Pembroke Pines.
Olga Brown, 55, a Democrat, couldn't stifle her opposition as Miriam Trejo handed out pamphlets and encouraged voters to cast a vote for the GOP candidate.
"He's sick in the head!" Brown said.
"You are with the criminal!" Trejo shot back.

The poll workers were fired for assisting the voters with their decisions in filling out their ballots.

Needed repeating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......
I’m amazed they mentioned the “Latinas for Trump” bit. I would have thought they’d black that part out.
OT, sorry.
I have been lurking the 4chan board for days looking for Wiki leads. They have been plagued by CTR disruptors. I have been wondering when Hillary would quit paying them. It seems she has. They are gone. Like smoke. Like a bad dream. It’s over! KEK!
Wish I had a photograph to post.
A guy is driving around town with a canoe strapped to the roof of the truck. He has a fishing rod poking out the driver’s side window. From the rod dangles a 4 foot edifice of Hillary in a turquoise pantsuit. She is holding a little sign that says, “Lock me Up.” And the mannequin spins around like Linda Blair.
The driver kept circling the polling station and honking; rats were going ballistic and screaming at the guy.
The driver just kept laughing and coming back around and around.
I think they will issue an update, that will remove any racial or political affiliations and make it look like a personal squabble..................
A video would be great!...................
They'll figure out a way to make it sound like two Trump supporters were fighting. ;-)
Anything to keep the poll watchers out so the demoncrats can cheat.
I wish that county the stain on this state would just disappear into the sea.
The county is an embarrassment to the state, and every time an election comes we see the corrupt officials there committing their crimes.
The media has been forced to report an insignificant issue. The big issue is the hundred and fifty thousand Absentee ballots opened without witnesses last week. The other issue is the SOE fired after witnessing other SOE employees filling in ballots in secrecy behind a locked door last Wednesday. They are manipulating thousands of votes.
There is very strong chance that Romney actually did win the state of Florida and never knew realized what they had done. He was ahead in the polling and ‘lost’ by 72,000 votes. If they were manufacturing absentee ballots in 2012, 72K would be easy number to slide into Broward County.
The suggestion would be to to put police into the SOE offices and guard and record the process 24-7.
damn right Romney won this state in 2012. No way on hell did obama ever win here legally.
So the poll watchers who flagged the procedural violations were let go too. No wonder they say "everything is running smoothly" now! No one is left to challenge any future violations.
If you get close enough to see what’s going on they move you back. In order to do the job effectively you need binoculars and hearing device to magnify sound. Otherwise, you sit there as an idiot.
“ according to our multiple sources, there has been no real improvement in enthusiasm on the ground, but rather bold voter fraud schemes carried out by employees at the Supervisor of Elections. The election fraud scheme is mutli-pronged and includes destroying ballots selectively and what is traditionally known as ballot-stuffing, or filling in absentee ballots.”
There is no authentic surge, Theyve been at this [filling out absentee ballots] for days, working 4 to 5 employees some 16 hours a day each. Theres no telling how many ballots we are talking about. As many as they can each write in 16 hours a piece.
Sorry, but that’s the truth.
Unless Snipes is one of the people fired, then there will be no untainted votes coming out of Broward County. Before election day, a poll worker signed an affidavit saying votes were being changed in a locked room and Snipes response is they were correcting “damaged” ballots. BS — law doesn’t allow them to correct ballots, especially in a locked room without oversight. Of course Snipes is Black so she is a protected class and nothing will happen.
“.........Election Day mostly smooth across South Florida”......
It isn’t over yet, all the cheating has not yet been discovered and may NEVER be. The demodummies are “masters” and the art of cheating and/or stealing elections.
We will never have another one like this!
Maybe the next one will be even BETTER!..................
