Why would a hacker - who can choose any IP address they want - choose to use one that the regime says is associated with Russia? It’s like cutting out letters from a newspaper to write out a ransom note and then putting a return address of “From Russia”. Or lighting a church on fire and then spray-painting the place with “Vote For Trump”. These people think we’re idiots.
DHS claimed that the Russians could not hack all these separate state voting systems. But just in case, the states should have the DHS fox come “secure” their systems for them. And the kicker is, this article says that 48 states took the DHS up on their offer to “help” - and let the fox raid their henhouse!

The question for this election is whether the real vote is enough to make it impossible for the fox to steal the election, now that the feds have usurped access to the Constitutionally-mandated STATE control of elections... and whether, if Trump wins the election, Obama will use that as an excuse to start war with Russia, so he can use either martial law or an EMP attack to carry out his claim in July of 2008 that he would be “dealing with” world leaders for “the next 8 to 10 years”.
