I have been a registered Reupublican in PA since turning 18. And while election cycles always mean calls from the party, I have never been contacted as often as I have been over the last week. Averaging 2 calls a day from obvious phone bank workers and recorded messages from surrogates.
This is far more frequent and on the ball than any election I have been alive for. I don't know if I am just an outlier, but if Trumps overall operation is firing at this level nationally, I am really dubious of the alleged ground game advantage that the Dems and Media have been claiming for Hillary.
Anyone else notice this?
Can’t speak for PA but in NC I’ve had Democrats call me and a pro-life group. Have not had any GOP groups call me this year even though I’ve received many in the past. Hope that is not true for others here.
I know the Hillary minions have been swarming all over my Philly suburban township this weekend. And they missed a young millenial friend of mine who changed her registration from independent to Dem to vote for Bernie in the primary - while leaving a note for a roommate who no longer lives there. So it seems their voter info is not up to date, a critical factor for any GOTV effort.
How is Comey’s GOTV campaign doing for Hillary?
If Trump, due to voter fraud, loses Florida Pennsylvania will bring us back! Go PA!!!
Ditto here in Iowa.
We don’t have a land line, and we haven’t had one call. What will they do when no one has land lines any more?
I am very glad to hear it! Get-out-the-vote is everything, and the democrats have a huge advantage there - we only get living voters to the polls.
I’ll be in PA on Election Day working face-to-face to get Trump supporters to the polls. I hope you and your conservative friends can do the same. All Freepers can sign up for phone calling: https://talk.donaldjtrump.com
The GOP’s Sean Spicer says they have an awesome ground game!
Ham, where are you located in PA? That sounds great. Have not had one call here in So California, but we did cut our landline and, after all, it is California. We are outnumbered here ... but praying.
Great news.
Let’s have all of these reports. The pearl clutches are already giving up
I PRAY YOU ARE RIGHT.
And yet the DUmmies say Clinton has good ground game. I guess they don’t get how grassroots thing works.
Good to hear!
We have to have Fl., PA is gravy.
I think the Dems’ idea of a “ground game” is busing illegals around to different polling places.
On another note, my BF who is actually a registered Democrat (and plans to vote for DJT of course) has received several text messages from the Trump campaign urging him to vote Tuesday. Odd thing is, he has an unlisted number and has never donated or given to the Republicans or Trump.
Don’t have much to add since I live in NJ but thxs for the positive news. We need to keep the faith and your post helps!
These are land line calls I don’t give out my cell. But I didn’t give them my land line either. They cross referenced it with my mailing/registration address.
I am in the Pittsburgh area
I wish a-holes like you would quit calling people that get upset over government corruption “pearl clutche[r]s”. Hell, I look at people that just ignore negative information as wearing rose colored glasses or having their head buried in the sand. Almost Trump automatons. Doesn’t mean I make a point of running those folks down.
I am in Texas. I have had more contacts this election than in the 10 previous elections combined. Today I received four emails to verify that I had voted. It was a simple matter to fill out the name/address info, which then matched to my voter info and then the location where I should vote popped up. The GOTV is excellent this year and I don’t care if it is state by state, RNC, Trump or from some of the other 16 primary candidates. All except a few malcontents are pulling in the same direction.
