Haitians crossing illegally into the U.S. via the Mexican border could wind up in an Ohio prison under a federal plan to accommodate them pending immigration hearings.
The Department of Homeland Security is negotiating with the operators of the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center to lease space to house an anticipated influx of Haitian illegal immigrants, according to the Wall Street Journal. Officials with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a division of DHS, expect thousands from the impoverished island nation to cross across the U.S.’s southwestern border from Mexico.
The proposed use of the prison, which is operated by private company CoreCivic, has met opposition in the Buckeye State.

Why would the Haitians be detained, and held separately from other illegals? There must be some additional motive for this plan.
After stealing the aid designated for Haiti after their earthquake, wouldn't it be sweet if the clinton crime foundation principals, hillary, bubba and don't forget chelsea, got to share it with them!
Given government precedent, I’m surprised they’re not being considered for luxury condos with cable TV and wet bars, plus health clubs, saunas, whirlpools, and games rooms.

So we get Somali, Syrian, and other Muslim’s running free around the country, ‘cause Obama, and Clinton say so, but the Haitian Christians go to jail in Ohio?
I guess as the Clinton’s stole all their money, and their resources they haven’t anything left we want so toss ‘em in the hoosegow in Ohio.

I always thought a great place to house incoming immigrants are closed military installations.
Because there was money to be had for operating it, for one thing. And, because Obama wanted to go easier on the gitmo people--getting them into the civilian court system. They are fellow Muslims, after all.
Here is an idea. Why not house them in Haiti?

Not true, every Haitian that I have met has been a devout Christian and orientated in the model of the traditional family. They despise Clintons.
Interesting. I was of the impression only a slight minority were into the voodoo.
Then instead of jail send them to heavily Muslim populated areas, and let them practice their voodoo there.

The Dominicans will show up for work while the Haitians will trade their young daughter to the witch doctor for a spell that will make them rich.
