It should be noted that the 1,000 number in Germany that is being tossed about....is basically marriages under the age of fourteen. From 14 to 16, I’ve seen differing numbers discussed....maybe in the range of 2,000.
My hunch is that you will suddenly see most of these couples pack up and leave Germany.

The Germans are Class A busybodies, let’s hope they put that to good use for once and take these girls into state custody and begin a rigorous deprogramming campaign with them before placing them into German families. Drastic times call for drastic measures. At the very least it aught to deter the hijra somewhat.
They’ve spent roughly 18 months discussing this, and the legal minds of German politics can’t come to some consensus. Even this item reported in the news....is just a draft and has yet to be put in front of the Bundestag. I don’t think the Linke Party (former Communists) or the Green Party will agree with it. The Merkel folks (CDU) might say that it doesn’t go far enough.
The thing that they have to worry about....if they do nothing, is that German guys will show up shortly with some gay marriage certificate with a 12-year old Thai or Philippine male, and use the legal window have a legal marriage.
What about the guys “married “ to four wives?
