I was thinking about Michael Moore when I was posting this thread. Moore and now Matthews???
They SEE IT, but they don’t sign onto it...but they sort of encourage others to do so.
They might believe their psychological twist will then get people to see Hillary is really awesome, but I think they just undercut her so badly that no amount of quick talk will take away that rational argument they just presented for Trump.
They are a reverse Obi Wan saying, “Don’t look at this awesome reason for voting Trump...that’s not the candidate you’re looking for...”

Looking back in history, Chris Matthews had vehemently turned against Bill Clinton when Drudge broke the Blue Dress report [Monica’s dress].
The entire media turned against the Clintons in a moderate pivot, but Matthews swung more drastically than the rest.
Then he got brought back into the Clinton camp later.
So his support is mercurial.
There might not be enough time or influence to pull him back to the Clinton camp this time around.
But ... if history can repeat itself don’t be surprise if he swivel-heads again.

Emails by Trump org to Russia thing has been debunked .... somebody has a story on it out there. Hilly campaign is desperate, especially if this is all they’ve got. There was a lot of detailed info on a reddit thread last night (and of course, I can’t find it quickly this morning), but here is a story with some of the info in it - yes, it’s infowars, but they’re saying pretty much what was found.

Matthews is wobbly. I know he voted for GWB, but he’s always been a Democrat. Breitbart had stories about Matthews maybe not supporting Obama for a 2nd term, but he did. He’s called Trump racist a bunch of times.
She's still running with the Slate piece claiming Trump has a secret server linked to a Russian bank.
This is based on their "investigation" finding a Trump Organization server getting randomly pinged by an IP address showing to be a bank in Russia.
Anyone who's ever run a server knows you get pinged all the time by all sorts of places. Hackers run a port-scanning program looking for vulnerabilities. The hackers spoof their own IP address to appear to be someone other than their real address.
Even the NYT debunked that story last night, but she's still running with it.
Hillary appears to be out of ammo.
Clicking on it yields “page not found”.

I attribute this to residual Scoop Jackson that Matthews still has. Trump has tapped into, and it beats the living tar out of the unholy alliance between nihilistic corporatism and relativistic hippies that the Clintons represent.
I think something in the new emails (or her health, or something) is so bad that the FBI is essentially signalling that a Clinton victory is the worst possible outcome for the Establishment at this point. Nixon's misconduct didn't do the GOP any favors and the fallout for all of this will be much worse if she wins.
I’m not sure I believe it even if I actually saw it.
