Slice of life: I was doing business in Brazil and a Brizilian colleague told me that criminals in the super dangerous favela neighbohoods have a constant war with cops and when they kill a cop they get a specific tattoo commemorating the event. I remarked that this seems short sighted and must not be good for them if they are ever caught for anything. I suppose if you catch a pickpocket and he’s sporting an “I killed a cop” tattoo he never makes it to the station.
