There was a record turnout for the first day of early voting in Maryland.
As of 8:30 p.m., more than 125,702 Marylanders, including 9,539 in Baltimore, turned out for early voting. The number is expected to grow, according to our media partner, The Baltimore Sun.

From what the article says, it seems about 7.5% of early voters were from Baltimore City, even though they make up 10% of Maryland's population. Could be a good sign. I didn't even know Maryland had early voting before I googled it on Wednesday.

There’s no way she will match Obama. You would not believe the lines that we had to stand in, to vote in 2008 here in the MD suburbs of DC. I’d never seen anything like it before, and there is no way Hillary will get a turnout like that.
If Hillary wins it will be only one way — through cheating. I will become a complete cynic regarding the vote if she ‘wins’. There is no logical reason to justify her national poll numbers — just my opinion.

In my own area Obama had all kinds of signs and stickers. I see more Obama support left over from the last election than Hillary support because I’ve yet to see ANY support for her.

Computer votes in my precinct. When I took a photo during the primary, a no-doubt-democrat poll worker came up to me and told me to put my phone away, no photos allowed. I downloaded the VoteStand app and we will see what happens this time...

Voted in Anne Arundel County yesterday. About a 45 minute line. Hard to tell which side had more representatives, but the average age was about 65.

But we didn’t have early voting in 2008. It didn’t start until 2012, so they have only one previous presidential election to compare.
