Judicial Watch was particularly interested in discrepancies between Bentels statements on Hillary Clintons secret email server. In sworn testimony before the House Benghazi Committee, Bentel claimed he was not aware Secretary of State Clintons email was handled through a private server until reading news stories to that effect in 2015, when the email scandal was first reported.
However, emails have been discovered indicating Bentel actually knew about the server as early as 2009. Furthermore, the Inspector Generals May 2016 report on the Clinton mail server indicated that Bentel told his own employees that her server had been fully approved by State Department legal staff, which would clearly indicate he knew of its existence. (The server was not, in fact, approved as he claimed.)

He lied. Put him in Scooter Libby’s cell.
The traitors in the mainstream media will not mention this...ever.
Where’s Congress?
Answer the questions or go to jail.
Of course the Congress of Cowards will do NOTHING. They have found people in contempt of Congress and do NOTHING.
They are a laughing stock. Thank you Paul Ryan.
Bentel is apparently management. In my experience, some in IT management don’t have a clue what is happening. Those under them know that their job is to tell management what management wants to hear... and to hide reality from management so management has plausible deniability.
This is true in both government and private sector.
Congressional committees have sufficient info to indict a number of Clintonistas. Why haven’t they taken action? By delaying, they are giving her an unearned leg up in the election.
Why?
Did Martha Stewart get out already?
Probably much better company!
Congressional power can only jail criminals until that Congress' session expires; not worth the bother, now.
Once before a Grand Jury or indicted it is out of their hands and in the judicial. This should have been initiated long ago.
