The state of Texas has denied a request to have Russian officials be present at polling stations during the Nov. 8 general election, according to a letter obtained by NBC Dallas-Fort Worth.

The Texas secretary of state's office said it received a letter from Russia's consulate general in Houston seeking to have one of its officers present at a voting precinct to study the "US experience in organization of voting process."

Texas Secretary of State Carlos Cascos said no, adding that "only persons authorized by law may be inside of a polling location during voting. All other persons are not authorized and would be committing a class C Misdemeanor crime by entering."

Seems to me they let anyone into the polling place. I mean the democrats are trying to strike down any ID requirements so I don’t know why they dont want Russians observing.

I believe that by the observer being there....RT (Russia TV) could have a guy with him and filming the whole thing, and then build a story around the corrupt practices in American politics. RT has done a number of stories like that....using some essential truths and facts, and building a robust but false end-story.

This is defiant and stupid. There will come a time very shortly when there won't be the possibility of fraud because the system itself is fraudulent. As a prominent former intelligence official, Col. Pat Lang (USA, ret.), who knew Hillary Clinton and was deep inside the intelligence apparatus (DIA, et al.), said on his blog:

"IMO the Clinton machine backed by the DNC has the propaganda process under complete control and have manufactured the coming result."
