Despite Hillary's Claims A Private Email Address Was More Convenient,

One of Hillary Clinton's claims was that having a private email server was a more convenient option than having a State Department email address. However, as some newly-released emails reveal, perhaps this may have been less-than-truthful. An email from Clinton to Huma Abedin complains about how none of her emails are going through, and Abedin replies that perhaps she should let the State Department actually know about the email so that things would stop being redirected to the spam folder.

Now, I may not be Secretary of State, but how in the world is that possibly more "convenient" than a regular email address?

Just another one of Clinton's lies.

Hillary and Obama and Soros overthrew the government of Libya and had their leader murdered.

All these press people are accomplices to murder.

I don’t know but sending the witches emails to spam might have been a comment on the value of their content. Tell me again how Hillary forced herself into SOS when Kerry was Obama’s soul mate all along.

This is not just a question of using a personal account instead of a work one, which would also endanger security.

This is knowingly putting highly classified, national security information from special servers, onto an unsecure unclassified home email account, where anyone could hack it and get the info.

People normally go to jail for that.

It’s not supposed to be “convenient” it’s supposed to be secure.

And “The Bitch” blames the Russians for her stupidity. (so what else is new)

In Internet time this is a very old topic.

Why is it just being written about now? /rhetorical

Top aide Huma Abedin says decision to use private email server was Clinton’s
June 29
The aide, Huma Abedin, questioned as part of a public records lawsuit brought by the conservative legal group Judicial Watch, said she and her boss were “frustrated” by the episode in which Clinton’s email messages were being blocked by spam filters.
As a result, Abedin recommended that Clinton consider getting a government email account that she could use alongside the personal system — an alternative that Abedin said was never implemented.

She could have accepted an existing and secure Dept. of State system, but that would be inconvenient. It much more convenient to use an insecure personal system.

Convenient for what end?

Yep - saw the 5-8 earlier - as transparent as a 5’ thick brick wall. Loved it when Trump was talking about bringing back vocational training for those who weren’t good at a lot of school subjects but who were very adept at fixing engines/building walls etc., then quipped that we would need those who can build walls....

I did chuckle at that line.

I’m befuddled as to how a private email is more convenient than the [secure] government option.

The government hires people, usually referred to as “IT”, who do all the hard stuff about setting up an email. The user only has to use it. When there are problems, the IT people fix them.

People don’t get that kind of service with private email.
