Clinton, on the other hand, was overprepared and over-rehearsed. As a result, she missed the bulls eye during much of the night. Clintons forced smiles during some of Trumps most effective lines, while probably the best she could do, did not fit the moment.------------------Hard to believe they posted this on the WaPo...

Perhaps the WaPo is looking at their internals, and at her collapsing under the weight of WikiLeaks, and determining a Trump presidency is inevitable.
If so, time to pivot and start sucking-up to the new POTUS.
To: mandaladon
LOL, WaPo accepting defeat.
So sweet.

The press is going to panic over the fact that Trump helped himself, as shown by the immediate obsessing over Trumps non-commitment to accepting the election results in November.------------They are doing that right now!

Hillary speaks what others have written for her, it's all over the Wikileaks e-mails. She's good at memorizing.

Harry Truman once said that you could not get rich in politics unless you were a crook. The Clintons have amassed over $250 million during their years in politics, and want even more. Corrupt Hillary is a lying sick old crook, who accepts bribes and betrays our country. Everything she says and does, or causes to be said or done, must be viewed with the utmost suspicion. Her promises are worthless, unless they enrich her in some way. Her husband is a rapist and a pedophile whom she has actively enabled

They’re being kind to Trump this morning for a reason.
To kill him with kindness. Not that I’m surprised.

Trump looked like a strong father in last night’s debate. If there is anything this country and millions of its citizens need, it is a strong father.
To: mandaladon
I wouldn’t get too excited, he used to work with Haley Barbour but it is pretty surprising.

There must have been some wailing and gnashing of teeth in the offices of the Washington Post.

What are the odds Ed Rogers is handed a box by the end of the day and walked out by security??

Its a wonder he hasnt talked about the economy during more of the campaign. Anyway, he even showed a much better understanding of geopolitics than I would have thought. He sounded like a Republican on most issues. Ummmmmmmm. Yeah.
Maybe Trump should have based his campaign on better Trade Deals, reviving the economy, bringing back millions of jobs, and cutting taxes and regulations. I guess that would have been smart.
And maybe Trump should have spent a few months talking about Iraq and Iran and Syria and the Russians and China and Mexico. Yeah, that would have been good.
Maybe he should have portrayed himself as a typical Republican who cares about the Second Amendment, is pro-Life, supports law and order, and respects the Constitution. That would have been cool.
Question: Has the WaPo paid ANY attention to anything Trump has said for the past year??

Hey Ed, maybe you should have listened to some of his rallies instead of whatever useless crap it is you do over there.
