This order is purposely vague. Why the need for this Executive Order July 1, 2016 when the Order states that the policies set forth in this order are consistent with existing U.S. obligations?....Interesting side note, snopes.com says it is false because, "The web sites promoting this rumor did not, however, point to any specific language in this executive order that signified President Obama's intent to use military force on American citizens. ...."

Today I saw 1 (not sure maybe 2) Boeing C-17 GLobemaster, with the landing gear down, fly over my house in NY - possibly headed toward JFK airport - it was massive.
Monday, October 10, saw 9 military choppers flying low over a NY bridge headed towards Manhattan.

Is it me or does it look to others like he may be talking about a strike on terrorist subsequent to an attack?
If we know there are terrorists, why are we waiting until after a strike? Get them now!
