This law is a disaster and an abridgment of core free political speech. And it’s McCain’s signature achievement. Another great reason FR term limits. Senator McCain, I admire and respect you for your naval service. But as a senator you are a miserable failure (then again, that pretty much describes all of them. )
All should be in prison for destroying our Natural Rights from God—the Constitution, Supreme Law of the Land. Anything antithetical to the Constitution is “null and void” (Justice John Marshall-—father of American jurisprudence). You should NEVER be able to twist and corrupt a “Just” law which ONLY promotes ‘public virtue” (all the virtues including TRUTH.)
