Last night, after reading details of several of the most recent and revealing Wikileaks documents via John Podesta's hacked emails, I took a look at the Detroit News online to catch up on local news. (The Detroit News is considered to be the more conservative of the two major Detroit newspapers...)
To my surprise, I noted two references to Wikileaks documents, the first time I've seen anything at all on this subject in the paper.
The first one note that Clinton staffers had expressed a preference in the longtime Detroit Coney Island war between the American and Lafayette restaurants.
The second article mentioned that Debbie Dingell had expressed disappointing in being omitted from a list of of Hillary Clinton supporters.
Pathetic. With all the evidence of criminal wrongdoing and underhanded behavior perpetrated by Mrs. Clinton and her acolytes, this is what the Detroit News thinks is newsworthy?
Do us a favor. Go through the paper and find out who the major advertiser is. The rest of us will take it from there.

Nolan Finley, who I once admired, is one of many that have jumped the shark and joined the dark side... these sell-outs are all cowards who have chosen pension/perks over principle...the rags they work for are nothing more than Pravda for communist propaganda, shills for the demoncrapic party.

Most newspapers are one, now. News and Free Press used to be a balance of sides. no more. This is the situation nationwide.
Our press is now just a lapdog of the political elite, no longer the watchdog of our American liberties. This must end.
We always subscribed to both the News and Free Press. Ever since the Detroit News refused to endorse Trump, we stopped our delivery and don’t pick it up on the newsstand either.
On the same note, I just called my congressman’s office to inquire whether he was endorsing the Rrpublican nominee. I told the woman that since this was Thad McCotter’s old district, I was sure he would have come out in full support of Trump by now because he was a good conservative, but I have no idea where this congressman stands. (I held off letting her know my position until later). She told me the district office was told to refer political call to the campaign office. ????!!!!! She did eventually tell me that yes, he endorsed him and has not withdrawn its ,or will he.
I urge every Freeper to call their Republicsn congressmen and senators (if they’re running) and let them know you will not vote be voting for them if they don’t endorse our Republican candidate.
