I’m having a hard time seeing why Russia would want to start a war with the US. As far as I know, there’s nothing like Japan’s oil having been cut off before WWII. Putin’s government isn’t about to fall unless he has a war.
Even for Russia, going to war is a big deal and full of imponderables. What does China do? For example. Do they force Israel to use nukes? That doesn’t go well for anyone, including Russia.
I guess they have decided Hitlery is going to successfully steal the election and war is unavoidable.
Putin knows the WH wrecking ball is stirring the pot for nuclear war and he is taking preemptory steps to protect his people. As is known, a nuclear war will be a swiftly executed conflagration with no time to do what he is now doing when the nukes go off. This is what we get when we have a Jim Jones in the WH. He would sooner blow the whole place up rather than turn over what’s left to Trump.
Recalling your citizens could happen in 2 cases that I’m aware of:
1. You are about to do something that endangers them.
2. You have intelligence that someone else is about to do something that endangers them.
