I try to post this when I can because it's illustrative of patterns between this year, 2014 and 2012. For those unaware, Dems always heavily vote early absentee in Iowa and Republicans vote more heavily on election day. This has been the pattern for many elections now. The key for Republicans is to keep this early vote close...So these are equivalent points in time during the elections.

10/7/16: DEM-114,526; GOP-75,759; UAF-50,075

10/2/14: DEM-103,537; GOP-62,881; UAF-42,424

10/5/12: DEM-164,550; GOP-89,858; UAF-69,533

Margins trending like 2014 for the most part. Good news indeed for Iowa.

Definitely looking like 2014.

Iowa, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida and PA for the win!
