I’ve long thought that we should find a way to block certain countries from the internet for insufficiently prosecuting scammers.
I also think we need a way of blocking other countries in times of war, or in response to cyber attacks originating from their countries.
“We should do like China.” China’s position is essentially reflected by Facebook and Google.
