What did China do?
I’ve long thought that we should find a way to block certain countries from the internet for insufficiently prosecuting scammers.
I also think we need a way of blocking other countries in times of war, or in response to cyber attacks originating from their countries.

Censorship, walled garden, limited access, domain control, etc. But not to worry: the American Internet will be more exceptional than the Chinese Internet, at least for a while.
