Hispanics would not be an insignificant part of the white total, probably somewhere between 8%-20%, making it more difficult for the author to equalize the black/white stats, which - as others have pointed out - are already not normalized for population size.

But are not treated as such in national discourse about "economic equality," education, voting patterns, and many other statistical analyses. Only in crime stats, it seems.

It is to control prison over crowding. NIMBY crowd refuse prisons in their county, despite it brings jobs.

We have 1 juvy prison 150 bed prison which is full. 2 Women’s, the rest are men’s spread all over TN. Highest # of felons come out of Memphis.

My pleasure, love my SCPO to pieces. He served 60-80’s, so saw duty in Nam-Cuba Missile Crisis, since he never went ashore he is a Nam Era Vet. Part of Frequent Wind evacuating the Amb and friendly’s out.

Thanks again. Enlisted in ‘67 for one tour. My dad was a career 0-6 and he swore me in. Pretty cool. Youngest daughter was in and oldest grand-daughter is in the FL National Guard and been to Iraq and back. Niece was career Army retired as an E-8. Family goes back to Revolution so yeah, we’re a mil family. Father in law, bro-in law......

When we have church services for Military I get to stand for every one but Coast Guard.

We have had men in on both sides of family from WW2, Korea, Nam, Desert Shield, Storm, and Iraq/Afghanistan. Grand nephew saw service there, now based in US.

Our Marine, 1 hitch, is now leading a Power Line crew in the eye of the hurricane in FL. Sent his family to middle of GA to higher ground.
