Sam, I'm in Florida. I will do early voting but still go to my precinct on election day to make sure my name is not showing up on the voting rolls. If it is I will let them know that I voted early and my name should not be on the rolls.

I will then ask for a provisional ballot and vote again. Next I will call the hot line at the election board and let them know. (among other things)

Thankfully I live in that small a town as well. Our early voting ballot goes in one of the two ‘ballot vaults” that are used on election day at the local high school.

I’ll swing by the county clerks office tomorrow and see if they are ready.

I ASK JIM ROB TO MAKE THIS A PERMANENT VANITY POST THROUGH NOVEMBER 8, SO EVERY ONE WHO VOTED CAN POST IT HERE.

BUMP!

"I don’t vote early. Always afraid it’s easier for the enemy to “lose” that vote than to lose an in-person one."

The absolute truth. More than 2/3rds of all vote fraud stare decisis has grown up around plain yellow-dog absentee fraud. Just ask Norm "Wimpout" Coleman...

Happy for you! I moved this past year, so I recently got my new DL (proof of residence) and registered on line, then sent my paperwork (and copy of said license) to my new Township Clerk.

I cannot WAIT to vote next to the other 300 AMERICANS that live in my new Township.

Moving from Dane County (Home of, ‘The People’s Republik of Madistan’) to Iowa County, this first, virgin vote is gonna be Suh-WEET!

It’s gonna be nice to be on the Winning Team for a change!

Excellent!

Everyone should follow your example.

Vote, whichever way you can. —rather than give excuses afterwards why you didn’t vote.

I was going to bust your chops for putting this in breaking news. But you know what? I’m excited for you too. I voted last week. We need every vote.

Naaah. There are as many or more shenanigans on election day. Plus you have to wait in line. And what if you get ill, or get in an accident, or can’t wait in for 2 hours line to vote?

Better to git r done now. And as a bonus, you can be a witness at the polls or go volunteer to knock on doors on election day instead.

I still don't trust early voting and I don't think people should do it unless they absolutely have to: People serving in military and people who will be on business trips on Nov 8.

Other than that, we should really show up en masse on Election Day itself. I believe that people voting early are too susceptible to hanky-panky by a mostly Democrat controlled infrastructure.

Those voting early and "feeling proud about it" should be concerned that there votes will be much more easily "lost" or otherwise tampered with.

I just don't see the appeal of voting early unless you absolutely have to. If I did so, I would not have a very comfortable feeling about it.

I only voted once in my life because I had to be out of town that day. It’s more exciting to vote on election day. I’ve done a lot of GOTV work that day too.

The early ballots seem to be the ones always found in a box in the basement of some abandoned warehouse.😕 I'm skewered to vote early. It's an exercise ripe with possibilities for fixing.
