Will Illegal Foreign Voters Steal the Election?

"It could all come down to Colorado."

That's the latest conventional wisdom from presidential poll watchers. But it may not be legal American citizens in my adopted home state who choose the next commander in chief.

Instead, it could very well be foreign noncitizens voting illegally in the Rocky Mountains -- and in other crucial swing states -- who seal our country's fate.

Former Colorado Secretary of State Scott Gessler identified nearly 5,000 noncitizens in Colorado who voted in the 2010 general election. Gessler's office uncovered upwards of 12,000 noncitizens registered to vote. Liberal groups who oppose stronger election system protections attacked him for trying to verify citizenship status -- because God forbid public officials sworn to uphold the rule of law actually do anything to enhance the integrity of our election system!

Compounding the problem: The militant immigration expansionist group Mi Familia Vota, connected with the Service Employees International Union, has ramped up its efforts in swing states to facilitate naturalization and registration of Latino voters who will promote the open-borders agenda at the polls.

Another rare defender of American sovereignty, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, fought in court for his state's right to require citizenship documents from people who register to vote at motor vehicle offices. Last month, a federal appeals court struck down the Kansas law despite the U.S. Constitution's conferral of responsibility for determining who may vote to states.

In a scene straight out of "Alice in Wonderland," Kobach faced a contempt hearing for battling against those who hold contempt for truly free and fair elections. He was forced to sign an agreement with the ACLU allowing more than 18,000 motor-voter registrants to cast ballots this November while litigation continues.

Last year, undercover investigative journalist James O'Keefe and his Project Veritas team blew the whistle on North Carolina political operatives who encouraged people to vote even if they were noncitizens. Like Kobach, O'Keefe endures attacks on his efforts to ensure clean elections by grievance-mongers screaming about phony voter "disenfranchisement." Never mind that a nonpartisan study in 2014 from Old Dominion University concluded "that 6.4 percent of noncitizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of noncitizens voted in 2010."

Put on your shocked faces: These illegal noncitizen voters overwhelmingly supported Democrats. And their votes were enough to tilt the presidential election results in North Carolina to President Obama, along with handing over "Democratic victories in congressional races including a critical 2008 Senate race (Al Franken's victory in Minnesota) that delivered for Democrats a 60-vote filibuster-proof majority in the Senate."

The ACLU and other left-wing groups sabotaging voter integrity laws see no voter fraud, hear no voter fraud and speak no voter fraud. Thanks to their efforts, voter ID laws have been tossed in Texas, Wisconsin and North Carolina. Committed to flooding the voting rolls with every last potential Democrat constituent, their operational motto is: No unqualified voter left behind.

But J. Christian Adams, a former Justice Department election lawyer in the Voting Rights Section, has exposed the systemic assault on the election process at every level by activist groups funded by liberal billionaire George Soros, including:

--Blocking citizenship verification.

--Automatic voter registration of welfare recipients without local verification checks.

--Massive foreign language ballot expansion.

--Obstruction of efforts to include state qualification instructions on voter registration forms.

This past week, the Public Interest Law Foundation uncovered thousands of foreign aliens registered to vote in swing states Virginia and Pennsylvania thanks to the federal Motor Voter law. It's the tip of the iceberg because the studies include just a small sample of counties.

Oh, Virginia voters, you'll be thrilled to know that your top election officials are now trying to cover up the true extent of the scandal. PILF noted that the commissioner of the Virginia Department of Elections issued a written guidance to local election officials instructing them "not to respond to our requests for records pertaining to non-citizen voters."

In Pennsylvania, election officials are so apathetic and incompetent that even when aliens begged to get off the voter rolls because they had never registered to vote in the first place, they were ignored.

Catherine Engelbrecht of election integrity activist group True the Vote is right: "Just voting isn't enough."

Keeping this republic depends on the vigilance of citizens committed to an almost impossible task these days: Making American elections American again.

Thank You Michelle for bringing Kobach here in Kansas up, that needs to be spread far and wide.

Absolutely Love Her Articles.

Want to know why New York and California are so deep, deep blue?

In both states about 25% of their residents are foreign born.

That the Democrats rigged their own primary, certainly provides a window into their rotten soul and to think they want a fair national election defies belief.

Of course we knew all this for the last several elections and nothing seems to be ever done.

But what is different this election cycle is that there actually seems to be more credible stories about voter fraud before the election.

So is Trump actually doing something about Fraud other than calling for Poll Watchers?

Are the Police looking into this more since they no longer support the Democratic nominee?

Or, have the Democrats so thoroughly corrupted the voting process that these stories are to be expected and the Republicans will do nothing about them as usual?

I bet Trump could win Pennsylvania by a few points if voter fraud could be prevented in Philadelphia.

I guess we will find out.

If they could do it once, they can and will do it again. Even if they haven’t been able to pull it off just yet, they have been working hard to do better this time and it’s happening as you read this.

Will Illegal Foreign Voters Steal the Election?

And, if THAT doesn't get the job done, look for this to be tied up in court. It will make the 2000 election look like child's play.

There should be a massive investigation ongoing during the election and if enough indications of election fraud are there challenge the election; fight tooth and nail. Constantly and loudly accuse liberal news media of helping.

25 percent of the residents of those states were not born in the United States.

I do not see the relevance to where my ancestors were born.

It is a reasonable measure of assimilation.

There will be an all out effort. Voter fraud worse than the old days in Chicago, much worse, and by non citizens. This is why the demrats have stopped photo ID in so many states. This will be the primary mechanism behind their win.

Curiously, in the past the GOP has known it needs a 5% win to beat Rat fraud. This cycle, fraud may well work against them. If Hillary can’t win with a greater than 10 point lead most of us simply will not accept the outcome as legitimate, and for good reason. In other words, this time, the Rats have to beat their own spread due to fraud. Even then it would be a tall order. Does anyone believe she could even realistically produce even a ten point spread unless there was even more massive fraud. Sort of a lose/lose/lose for Hillary.

NOTE: US govt’s penalties for the sub prime mortgage crisis socked banks w/ Billions of dollars in Fines ......

So what did the US govt do w/ all the fines? Read on.

Let me begin by saying, IMHO, Hillary screwed-up bigtime when she stupidly said about the sub-prime mtge crisis to score political points: “Donald laughed at people losing their homes.”

Fact is-—people lost their homes and Obama and the Democrats colluded, extorted tax dollars, and aided and abetted fraud-— to make sure Hillary benefited from the sub-prime mtge crisis.

BACKSTORY-—Obama and Congressional Democrats——w/ then-AG Eric Holder——gave NeighborWorks America (formerly ACORN), and blood-thirsty La Raza a huge funding source for 2016 voter fraud......our tax dollars. The colluders extorted banks thru DOJ litigation/bank settlements——and the loot went to nefarious liberal organizations known for voter fraud schemes.

Achieving Obama’s dream of a permanent Democrat majority.

<><> Obama/Holder/Dems extorted banks via DOJ litigation/bank settlements——into paying off these nefarious organizations. <><>

DOJ went after CitiCorp and ordered them to pay $50 million to La Raza and NeighborWorks America as part of the settlement.

Another clause in the agreement makes it possible for La Raza and NeighborWorks America to rake in even larger amounts of money.

Of the remaining money the banks needed to pay in settlements, the banks were able to contribute additional money to La Raza and NeighborWorks America. For every dollar they contribute, it reduces their debt to the government by 2 dollars. That’s some mighty powerful incentive to give generously.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Financial Services Chairman Jeb Hensarling have questioned why this money was sent to the ACORN clone and the blood-thirsty LaRaza——rather than to the alleged victims of the bank’s crime. The administration of course declined to answer.

Here’s part of the Congressmen’s letter to Holder: “It seems that the alleged victims are not the primary beneficiaries of these multi-billion dollar settlements. Instead, the terms in the Justice Department’s two latest settlements look less like consumer relief and more like a scheme to funnel money to politically favored special interest groups.”

“This makes donations to activist groups far more attractive to banks than providing direct relief to injured consumers. As a result, the settlements appear to serve as a vehicle for funding activist groups rather than as a means of securing relief for consumers actually harmed.”

So now, with tons of money to fix the presidential election, the largest and most successful voter fraud campaign may alter the course of the elections not to mention the future of the United States.

NO WONDER HILLARY KEEPS SMILING.

I think that foreign-born means exactly that. The fact that perhaps 98% of the remaining people in those states are descended from immigrants is irrelevant. Foreign-born means that you are either a citizen or not, dependent upon whether or not you went through the citizenship process. If not, I think that we can all agree that a person should not be eligible to vote. I think that we can also agree, based upon this article, that there is a substantial amount of fraud, and the chances of such fraud altering the results of an election are quite a bit higher when there are a large number of foreign-born people in a particular jurisdiction who may not yet have obtained citizenship.
