Father of final holdout in Oregon standoff says son is computer whiz, not gun enthusiast

David Fry's father testified Tuesday that he tried to convince his son not to go to Oregon, but his son told him he wanted to let the world know about the injustices the ranchers faced.

"He wanted to support me ranchers who'd been charged as terrorists," said William Fry Jr., referring to Harney County ranchers Dwight Hammond Jr. and Steven Hammond. "He wanted to broadcast it out so people could understand the issues."......

William Fry, who retired from the Marine Corps as a gunnery sergeant in 1997, said David Fry was born in Yuma, Arizona, but his family moved to Ohio...

...mother Sashio Fry is Japanese, struggled with racism in his high school, so his father had him taking college courses early in 11th grade.

David Fry worked in the dental practice that his father managed, usually running sterilization machines and repairing computers......

Ex-Burns fire chief Chris A. Briels also took the witness stand.

A resident of Burns since 1978, Briels said he was nominated at a December meeting to sit on the newly formed Committee of Safety. Briels said he visited the refuge several times and quit his job as fire chief after Steve Grasty, the chair of the Harney County board of commissioners, refused to let the Committee of Safety hold a public meeting at a public building in county.

"Ammon Bundy wanted to address the group about his exit strategy. He wanted to go home," Briels testified. He blamed Grasty for not allowing the committee to meet in the all-purpose room at the fairgounds.

Briels also testified about his confirmed suspicions that men lurking around the armory in Burns were actually federal agents....

Briels testified that fear in the community was coming from the "FBI, not the patriots."....

I wonder what would happen if the BLM fought the BLM. Any way we could figure a way to make the Bureau of Land Management evil racist haters and not merely haters of outstanding Constitutional American's?

When LaVoy Finicum died in Oregon he did not need to be gunned down and in some cases, some of the black victims don’t need to be gunned down either.

A cop in Tulsa has been charged with manslaughter.

LaVoy was not pointing a gun at anyone, just trying to get away from the truck being fired at by the lying FBI who wouldn’t admit they were shooting at him and are supposedly under internal investigation.

The BLM comes from the Left and Hillary tries to imitate their concerns with a speech in a church.

But while I don’t wish for violence, I hope they can be independent of the political machine and a thorn in Hillary’s side.

We have two parties in this country, the fake Progressives called Democrats, and the fake Conservatives called Republicans.

We need new movements outside the two big parties to really change things in this country.

Trump is outside of this and that’s why I support him.

Okay, I just wrote four paragraphs and deleted. I'll end with this, have dumped the two party system a long time ago. Maybe with Trump we can get back to what this country stands for but with Hillary I'm afraid there ...well, I fear for the last thread of America.

Fincicum was gunned down plain and simple. The BLM movement is fighting internationally for change against a host of issues mainly anti American as opposed to the Bundy/rancher fight against constitutional over reach.

My point if any was just wishing/wondering what we could do with the press coverage and money devoted to anti-Americanism while placing that money( Soros and others)into the hands of the positive hopes for change this case is all about.

Sure. Find and attract black or Asian ranchers, perhaps some Native Americans. Use pics of them, standing alongside the mere white ranchers for all photo ops. That way the evil racist MSM will pay attention.

Maybe some of the white ranchers can appear in drag, too.
