A lawyer who claims French police carried out unjustified identity checks on 13 black and Arab men based only on their racial profiles has brought the cases before the highest French court for the first time.

Exceptions to every rule.
The rule is not related to inherent genetic traits. Don’t fall for the Dems’ trap. All such things are learned, from the culture that dominates.
In the case of the aforementioned culture to boot, there are those that buck it, of course. Having a father leading the family (one with one wife, that is, per Christian doctrine) is certainly the most helpful way to do that.
