In the video I just posted above, he gives EVERY military from private on up ... a GLOCK 30 ... because his mandate to the military and police is ... GET RID OF DRUGS EVEN IF IT MEANS KILLING THE PUSHER

Duterte is insanely against drugs because they destroy the minds and lives of his people, especially young people and he knows (like we in America SHOULD know) that a mindless child grows up to be a mindless adult and THAT kind of adult is useless in developing a nation.
