A former athlete at Columbia University has made headway on that front, winning a decision in August from the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit that he had made a plausible case that his suspension for sexual misconduct was the result of anti-male bias, engendered in a climate of anger about campus rapes at Columbia, combined with pressure from the federal government on all universities to more aggressively pursue assault allegations or face loss of federal funds.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Feds and "womyn" have weaponized sex against men. Not saying there aren't some bad guys out there, but accusations of rape or sexual misconduct are a matter for the courts, not student tribunals. The tribunals make it too easy for womyn to use such charges against men they want to punish for whatever reason and the men really have no defense. If you read the judge's comments, he's right on the money.

plus, that academia and the massive school bureaucracies (which is like big government of big government) are often proud to be Marxist.

In an earlier age, hanky-panky like what is being discussed here would have gotten both students kicked out. Now the colleges are caught in the impossible position of having to be sexually permissive and lowering the boom on disreputable conduct. And if they are going to be fair, if they don’t penalize her they shouldn’t penalize him either.

And the title IX shakedown, dictated by mostly women and dyke lawyers, has a major presence on every campus to drive away white males from higher education. This is happening all over the country.
