Thank god despite the war on men that Barack Hussein Obama has helped use the federal government to wage, and the ultra-liberal bolshevism on campuses, that some judges still believe in interpreting the law, not making the law.

Men are f*cked today by liberalism and not in a good way.

Especially by man-hating feminazis looking to settle scores with them.

A former athlete at Columbia University has made headway on that front, winning a decision in August from the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit that he had made a plausible case that his suspension for sexual misconduct was the result of anti-male bias, engendered in a climate of anger about campus rapes at Columbia, combined with pressure from the federal government on all universities to more aggressively pursue assault allegations or face loss of federal funds.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Feds and "womyn" have weaponized sex against men. Not saying there aren't some bad guys out there, but accusations of rape or sexual misconduct are a matter for the courts, not student tribunals. The tribunals make it too easy for womyn to use such charges against men they want to punish for whatever reason and the men really have no defense. If you read the judge's comments, he's right on the money.
