Mark’s come around and finds ways to support Trump. He lays the hammer down on #crookedHillary unlike anyone else. He’s great when he’s explaining Constitutional conservatism. He has a role in this election in that he’s bringing a certain reluctant faction of the GOP voters home. We need everyone. Be kind, and thankful.

Just expressing my opinion of your remark about Levin, one of the brightest and best conservative minds there is.
I can understand how my distaste for him is upsetting to those who still listen to him, but I am unable to agree with your assessment of him after listening to him this past year. Something changed.
But out of respect to another poster who addressed me in this thread, I will keep my thoughts on him to myself for a fashion.
The idea of sticking to conservative principles is all well and good. It is one I subscribe to. But since we do not have that option in this race we have to accept reality and admit the cause that calls for action on the part of all Americans.
This, I think could not be truer when looking at the dire circumstance brought upon us all by the dirty and corrupt coalition of Obama’s Justice Department and James Comey, head of the FBI in their move to abolish the rule of law and threat of justice for connected politicians like Hillary Clinton.
Think, for a moment, about the meaning of the words written in our Declaration of Independence:
“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness”
I believe that accepting the rule of Hillary Clinton condones the lawless trend our government has taken over the last 8 years and will serve to exacerbate it.

Those are some powerful and true words.
And mentioning Comey in particular... I view the fall of the FBI as true indicator that our government has become a self protecting criminal enterprise.
There is nothing that remains un-corrupted. The whole thing is malignant cancer.
If she becomes president, I am going to be really frightened.

Did Levin find Sundance yet? Did he get the strawberries at least? So sad, he used to be a respected conservative.
Nothing has changed with him. He's a solid true-blue conservative who stands up tall and proud for conservative values. He, like a lot of us, had serious concerns with Trump's liberal positions on some things and felt Cruz was by far the better choice. In the end, there was never really any doubt that we would support the Republican candidate, over any democrat.
