RAT hacks in NY trying to generate an October surprise. We’re going to see a lot more acts of RAT DESPERATION before this all goes Trump’s way.

Mostly emails and some mailers - hard to enforce and would open a few cans of worms as they get pressed about all Hillary's donors and pay to play.

But that's the campaign, not the Trump Foundation. Two entirely different animals.

A weirder claim is happening about the Clinton foundation in the comments on the lede article, in which people are now saying it gives at 88%, which would be close on the heels of Salvation Army. Quite a contradictory claim to the accusation that this funnels most funds to the Clintons. Who’s mistaken or who’s lying or is it a matter of different Clinton funds behaving differently?

And confusion too, as technically true things may be stated that are quite misleading as to the larger picture.

Nobody expects that Donald Trump or any other political figure is utterly simon-pure, but the amount of BS tolerated from Hillary is immense. My total hunch is that Donald is still going to look a lot better than Hillary to a dispassionate look, but will the realization come on America before it’s too late? It might. I pray it will.

Now, the Clinton Foundation I have heard about, taking money from middle eastern countries with their dismal human rights records, withholding promised funds to Haiti, 300K speaking fees to Goldman Sachs, et. al, but no mention of what the speech was about. Crickets regarding Clinton’s tax returns =

The Clinton Foundation tax returns and audits are available on their website. Link

Clinton says Trump didn’t contribute anything to American society? Call me crazy, but I think the hundreds and thousands of people he employed in his over 574 successful business “might” be considered just one of his contributions.....

Over 574 successful businesses? Where did that figure come from?

Trump employs a lot of people. I think this action on the part of New York is highly political, and if Trump wasn't running it could have been taken care of with some paperwork submissions.

Possibly a highly selected selection of them... this has been a complaint about the Clintons elsewhere. They give you a load of data — misleading data.

So charities have to be registered and panhandlers don’t?

Thank you - My mind is so on the campaign that I totally missed the word "Foundation".

It looks like they really are going for broke by finding anything and everything they can to deter him.

Yep, welcome to the wonderful world of law made by activist judges. Try this one on for size: nude dancing is protected First Amendment speech, but donations to help a political candidate get his word out are not.

Not True

What organizations are exempt from registration?

Among the organizations exempt from registration are religious organizations (houses of worship) and other charitable organizations run by religious organizations; membership organizations that do not solicit contributions from the public; Parent Teacher Associations; educational institutions that file annual reports with the New York State Department of Education; and governmental agencies. Other organizations are exempt from registration depending on the nature of their activities and whether or not they solicit contributions from the public. A list of the categories of exemption is included in Schedule E (Request for Registration Exemption). If you are unsure as to whether or not your organization is required to register, please complete and submit Schedule E, and the Charities Bureau staff will determine whether New York Law requires registration of your organization.

Is any of this true?

Hillary Clinton’s curious relationship with major Swiss bank draws attention
POSTED AT 11:21 AM ON JULY 30, 2015 BY JAZZ SHAW

http://hotair.com/archives/2015/07/30/hillary-clintons-curious-relationship-with-major-swiss-bank-draws-attention/

The State Department (which Hillary Clinton used to run and where she still holds significant influence) has been very clear about one thing. There is no relationship between donations to the Clinton Foundation and actions taken by the Secretary of State during her tenure there. Period. Full stop. End of discussion. Perish the thought. You’re all just a bunch of Clinton haters who are trying to stop the ongoing charity work of these wonderful people.

And yet for some strange reason we keep seeing stories like this. Hillary hadn’t even finished unpacking her things in her new office at the State Department after Barack Obama appointed her when a situation was dumped in her lap. The Swiss government was concerned that the IRS was suing UBS AG – one of the biggest banks in Switzerland – to get them to reveal the identities of tens of thousands of clients. (Wall Street Journal)

If the case proceeded, Switzerland’s largest bank would face an impossible choice: Violate Swiss secrecy laws by handing over the names, or refuse and face criminal charges in U.S. federal court.

Within months, Mrs. Clinton announced a tentative legal settlement—an unusual intervention by the top U.S. diplomat. UBS ultimately turned over information on 4,450 accounts, a fraction of the 52,000 sought by the IRS, an outcome that drew criticism from some lawmakers who wanted a more extensive crackdown.
Well, the Swiss may have gotten off pretty easy, but at least a compromise had been reached, right? Job well done, Mrs. Clinton. Peace is maintained between the US and an influential ally. And now we can all go about our business. Except for one disturbing aspect of the story which cropped up in the following months.

From that point on, UBS’s engagement with the Clinton family’s charitable organization increased. Total donations by UBS to the Clinton Foundation grew from less than $60,000 through 2008 to a cumulative total of about $600,000 by the end of 2014, according the foundation and the bank.

The bank also joined the Clinton Foundation to launch entrepreneurship and inner-city loan programs, through which it lent $32 million. And it paid former president Bill Clinton $1.5 million to participate in a series of question-and-answer sessions with UBS Wealth Management Chief Executive Bob McCann, making UBS his biggest single corporate source of speech income disclosed since he left the White House.

The WSJ is quick to point out that there is no evidence of any link between these events, but at what point does coincidence become too much to ignore? You’re talking about one of the richest, most powerful financial entities on the planet who, up until Clinton took over at state, had given a grand total of $60K to the foundation. (An amount which likely fell well short of how much USB spent on coffee and donuts during the same period.) And then, in a matter of weeks, the cash spigots opened up and increased tenfold over the next six years. Tens of millions in loans to efforts supported by the foundation were in addition to a direct set of cash deposits into Bill Clinton’s pocket totally $1.5M… not the foundation’s coffers. And if I remember correctly, Bill and Hill were still filing their taxes jointly at the time, weren’t they?

The Swiss bank got a truly sweet deal and millions of dollars flowed immediately thereafter into the accounts of both the Clintons and their foundation. So we are asked to accept that there no causal relationship between these two sets of data points. We can’t prove that there is absent some secret recording turning up, but at what point can the media say that this beggars belief and the empress has no clothes?

Are they trying to cause confusion stating Trumps foundation which doesn’t solicit money was or was not registered? If it wasn’t registered, he could register it tom if needed.

I do not know anything specific about Hillary’s relationship with UBS AG, but the skinny is that Chelsea seems to be involved in whatever it is.

This Swiss bank, UBS, was used by the Obama campaign back in 2008 to channel small foreign donations from Africa and the ME to America. Not the least bit surprising to see UBS involved with the corrupt Clinton family.
