We the taxpayers paid this man well to pretend he was a federal prosecutor who doesn't understand when an Elite Uniparty biggie [Billary and their various felonious shenanigans] has broken the law, and we also paid him well to pretend he was in charge of Homeland Security, when he doesn't understand when an Elite Uniparty biggie [Hillary's wide-open national secrets server] has critically endangered national security.
