Well, Texans don’t expect a woman being raped to sit back and enjoy it. BTW, I worked on his campaign and attended meetings in his house, still voted for him but he didn’t make it easy.

Just Howe many Dems never paid taxes? One of Obama’s finance guys, Rangel, etc.

Get a clue, America. It is BETTER to be rich. Middle class people are painfully affected by their tax bills. The wealthy have the ability to make $ without “income,” they are rich enough to afford tax attorneys to find every loophole. IT IS BETTER TO BE RICH. Get over it. Every poor or middle class person, if he suddenly found himself rich tomorrow, would DO THE SAME DAMN THINGS.

Income Tax is only a form of controlling the production and private property of the sheeple. It gives the Evil power over other’s production, puts in a system where you have no privacy, whatsoever, just as Marx noted needed to be done to make slaves (cattle) out of the masses.

The elites have the power to destroy anyone-—even Trump-—and have been doing this for over 100 years to control “perceptions” of the masses. They did it to Sen. McCarthy and with their setting up the Lusitania and the bombing of Pearl Harbor.....all of us are fed Lies and they have the resources with the “income tax” to destroy the privacy of every single person in America. That is why we have the Income Tax-—control—and it gives them money to bribe all the judges, politicians, etc. And the “income tax” is a Marxist construct—totally unconstitutional.

No privacy, then there is no Freedom and no Dignity in man. (Our children are being raised to “normalize” slavery and evil (the irrational)—normalization like fish in a fishbowl-—norm to destroy identity and force “group-think” (tribal puerile dependent minds). Schools are like prisons—designed the same way-—with cameras/fences and a collection of dependent controlled sheeple (top-down totally controlled outcome based “curricula” (brainwashing into Satanism). (If children rebel—they are “reeducated” and targeted with Psyops or drugged).

Why do we even have an Income Tax?????? Oh—Right. The CFR- controlled Pres. Wilson was the puppet of the sodomite psychopathic bankers who lied and got us into WWI to kill and maim thousands of young Christian moral males, and destroy other Christian nations.

Same old, same old “System” of corruption allowed by our “Justice” System which is totally controlled by the Psychopathic Sodomites (Lucifereans) who need Christianity wiped off the Minds of ALL children so Free Will and Individualism (Reason/Natural Law) can be erased-—like it was for thousands of years in the serf/tribal/pagan cultures where slavery and pederasty and baby-killing was “normal” and “good”. Got to flip 2000 years of worldview to the “happy slavery” “bot” mindset to get the obamaphone lady-types-—who are happy with crumbs from their masters.

Hillary and the media complex are saying this:
You are EVIL if you don’t allow the gov’t to take more of your money than the law requires.

Just let that sink in.

As a side note to the issue of federal taxes, please consider the following.

As mentioned in related threads, please consider the Congress’s limited power to appropriate taxes as clarified by a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices, Congress needing to justify approprated taxes mainly with its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

“Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States.” —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

In fact, one of the very few domestic federal spending programs that Congress can justify under its Section 8-limited powers is the US Mail Service (1.8.7).

In other words, patriots can blindly bet that most other federal domestic spending is unconstitutional and probably be right most of the time imo.

So patriots need to get Trump up to speed with the idea that a big chunk of the federal taxes that Trump, his rich friends, and all taxpaying citizens pay are unconstitutional since Congress cannot justify spending taxpayer dollars on anytihng that it cannot justify under its constitutional, Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Remember in November !

Patriots need to support Trump / Pence by also electing a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support Trump’s vision for making America great again for everybody, but will also put a stop to unconstitutonal federal taxes and likewise unconstitutional inteference in state affairs.

Note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

I may be misinformed but why would this excuse him from taxes for 18 years? The way I see it, if it was a CAPITOL LOSS then he could deduct that amount on any CAPITAL GAIN. It would not apply to regular income and expense and would only be usable up to the 900 million.

“I can remember be able to carry a loss over 3 years. I think how it worked...take 1/3 each year for 3 years.”

You can carry losses forward forever...until they’re used up. You can ONLY, however, carry forward a $3K excess over your gain per any one year.

So....if you lost $300,000 in year 1 and made $67,000 in year 2, you can wipe out your gains from year 2 only to the extent of $3K....resulting in a net $3K loss in year 2 by taking $70K of your $300K. You have $230K loss left.

In year 3, let’s say you made $55,000. You can still keep using the remainder of your $300K loss (now 300 - 70 = 230) on that $55K such that year 3 shows a $3K loss. At that point you have used up $70K + $58K of your $300K loss and have $172K left. In year 4 say you made $47,000. Again, you can use up $50K in losses to produce a taxable $3K loss. You’ve used $70K + $58K +$50K of your $300K so you still have (300 - 178) $122K of losses to use up, per that schedule. Etc.

There are plenty of people today who lost gargantuan money in the market crash of 2001 but then started making money again 2002 and on. They are still using up the losses they took in 2001.

What this means is that if you have a truly horrific year, yeah, fine, you can “use it” on your taxes, but if you start making money again, that loss has to be spread out over many many years. If you make little or nothing in years 2 and/or 3 that loss can be brought forward as long as it takes to use it up. Losses *can* be advantageously used to shelter gains in future years but they ain’t ever a good thing.

“The control of the IRS and the media is ALL the fascist/marxist Hillary needs if she’s elected president. It is beyond horrifying to even think about it.”

There are two things we all need to understand about the United States that have been made crystal clear this year:

1. There is no rule of law in the United States. The law is whatever the ruling elite want it to be.

2. There is no freedom of the press in the United States. The press is a herd guided by the ruling elite.

Good question. I doubt that many of Trump’s enterprises are small enough to be subchapter S corporation in which there is no difference.

I posted this somewhere else yesterday:

I just read on Conservative Teehouse that the NYTimes lost over a billion dollars when they sold the Boston Globe. If Donald’s ‘95 tax return is for his corporation, then don’t the same IRS rules apply to the NY Times corporation regarding net operating losses? More specifically, if Donald and everyone else can use net operating losses to roll over for several years, then can’t the NYTimes?

How much in taxes have the NYTimes paid since their gargantuan loss when they sold the Boston Globe? Inquiring minds want to know...

This is a good strategy for Hillary. In 2012 0bama was re-elected by an electorate that knew he was utterly contemptuous of the law. The more disdain for the rule of law she shows the better her chances.

And if Trump mailed em, then what he did was get the media into a shark-chum feeding frenzy...

And once they bit, then he can let the hammer down and say OK, companies —including the nyt— did the same thing.

Trump - has a useful campaign issue/narrative here.

He was another Victim of an abusive, corrupt and politicized IRS, secretly releasing his tax returns, pandering to another insider politician. The IRS will be made to pay!!

Its a winner
