Listen to Joe diGenova at 47 minutes into (Judicial Watch sponsored) panel discussion yesterday - he pretty much rips Comey to shreds. After that presentation, he pipes up again several times during the rest of the discussion & it’s not complimentary. At one point, he called Comey a “dirty cop”, but I can’t find that specific reference again - I think it’s been edited out.
BTW, the entire 1.5 hours is well worth listening to, even if you have to do it in increments. Corso said something I did not know - Huma had a personal/private Yahoo account & she forwarded emails with classified information to that account - all she had to do was give the password to whomever she wanted & they could have read these emails in their entirety (most of these emails were redacted when released - her ‘forwards’ to the Yahoo account were not redacted).

FTA (conclusion): Only a few minutes before he had explained that the Justice Department was forced to issue immunity to Ms. Mills because she had asserted attorney-client privilege. Yet he couldn’t remember all the glaring evidence proving she had no such privilege? Usually, the FBI takes a dim view of witnesses who lie. Had the FBI pursued perjury charges against Ms. Mills—as it would have done against anyone else—it would have had extraordinary leverage to force her to speak about all of her communications regarding the server. It might have even threatened to build a case that Ms. Mills was part of a criminal scheme. Then it could have offered immunity in return for the real goods on Hillary.
But going that route would have required grand juries, subpoenas, warrants and indictments—all things that Mr. Comey clearly wanted to avoid in this politically sensitive investigation. Much easier to turn a blind eye to Ms. Mills’s fiction. And to therefore give Mrs. Clinton a pass.
For those who are not youtube challenged, you can go there and listen to this stuff and hear it with your own ears and mind. Some of the people doing the grilling are doing an EXCELLENT job!

I heard a LOT of horse-hocky come out of Comey’s mouth. Even personal lawyers can cross a threshold where they cease to be lawyers, and become witnesses. Comey tries to justify such and gets called on it.

Cheryl Mills was Hillary Clintons Chief of Staff while Hillary was Sec of State. That is not a legal position, it's a political appointee position. Her other work was as a Clinton Foundation Pilot fish, seek the graft crumbs that spill out of the mouths of the Sharks at the Clinton Foundation. She also had a job at NYC as a non Law Professor non academic administration employee. She never seems to have worked for a law firm either as an employee or partner.
To further her politically connected business, she has formed an LLC named Black Ivy, LLC to pursue Clinton Foundation type international and domestic projects , non of which are related to the practice of law.
She, although she is a bar accredited lawyer, she has not been involved in the practice of Law for a long time and her claims of being a Clinton Lawyer occur after she was identified as a target of the Clinton investigation.
Her claims of attorney client privilege are bogus and a transparent attempt at obstruction of justice
Most damning of all, her client is Hillary Clinton.
The same Hillary Clinton who, along with her cronies on the Oversight Committee, have been piously touting their desire for transparency and have been "demanding" that the Republicans release the Top Secret documents and all of the non classified emails that the FBI co mingled with the secret ones so that they are being restricted and being prevented from release.
At any time, MIss Transparency, Hillary Clinton, could have released Cheryl Mills from attorney client privilege and "allowed" Mills to hand over the computers so it's obvious Mill and Clinton were conspiring to prevent the turn over of her emails using false, improper and unethical abuse of attorney -client privilege.
Regardless of any attorney client privilege , Both Clinton and Mills were highest level State Department employees. Clinton was Sec of State and Mills was her Chief of Staff so not only was Mills a State Dept employee, Mills worked for Clinton's as Clinton's direct subordinate. It is a brach of legal ethics for a subordinate to be hired to legally represent Hilary Clinton
As State Dept Employees, both Clinton and Mills voluntarily signed , as a condition of employment, Employment Contracts and Non Disclosure Agreements to legally obligate them to properly handle Government records(including Secret ones) and to return those records to the Dept of State upon request .
Mills was illegally in possession of stolen government documents, some highly secret, and both she and Hillary signed very draconian contracts explicitly requiring them to return the information.
Jim’s eyes are fine, but he is a bought and paid for Clinton crony having exonerated them twice before on other matters.
Question:
A lawyer who is, or is very likely to be witness in a case should not take the case in the first place and, if their role as witness only becomes apparent after being retained, shoulx step aside, especially for a trial. Another question for Comey is why he bought Mills’ attorney client argument. This seems especially so when the lawyer and client are, or should both be suspects in the crime under investigation AND their is ample reason to suspect a conspiracy between them to obstruct justice.

That statement is true. Did he even ask Hillary Clinton to cause Mills to cough up the laptop? Did any of the Congressgeniuses think to ask him?
Hillary Clinton made multiple public statements about how much she wanted to cooperate with the “security review”. If after a private request, Hillary didn’t deliver, why couldn’t Comey publicly call her on it with a simple announcement:
“Cheryl Mills refuses to surrender a laptop computer that contained Hillary Clinton’s emails, based on an assertion of Attorney-Client privilege, as Hillary Clinton’s attorney. The laptop is crucial to the investigation. If Cheryl Mills is her attorney, HC can easily direct Mills to turn over the laptop immediately. We have asked her privately to do this, with no result. So I am publicly asking her to cause us to receive the laptop by tomorrow morning. Otherwise, she will be deliberately obstructing our investigation, and she will have proved her public statements about cooperating to be lies.”
