(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today announced it submitted questions to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton concerning her email practices. Clinton’s answers, under oath, are due on September 29. On August 19, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan granted Judicial Watch further discovery on the Clinton email matter and ordered Clinton to answer the questions “by no later than thirty days thereafter….” Under federal court rules, Judicial Watch is limited to twenty-five questions.

She just refuses to comply. The DOJ has her back.
If I recall correctly, responses to interrogatories are considered timely if postmarked or deposited in the US Mail on the due date. So, maybe the responses are in the mail.
I believe they were granted a little more time. Like the middle of October.
Exactly, no one is going to enforce the law against her. The law is apparently only for the little people now.

What you said, this is correct. It was extended due to her “pneumonia”, IIRC.
Does anyone doubt that if they were under a similar order for Sept. 29, that a deputy or a Marshall would have been at their door this morning? This above-the-law BS is what causes otherwise peaceful people to lose patience and react in ways that cannot be ignored.
I wasn't able to find the announcement quickly. I'll follow up if I find it.

Judicial Watch is the ONLY entity trying to get answers.

Clinton’s responses to the 25 questions were originally due on Sept. 29. Now, they will be due on Oct. 13, less than four weeks before Election Day.
What? Federal judges no longer have Marshals to enforce their orders?
Fail to comply and the marshal come and takes you to jail for contempt.
