If I recall correctly, responses to interrogatories are considered timely if postmarked or deposited in the US Mail on the due date. So, maybe the responses are in the mail.
I believe they were granted a little more time. Like the middle of October.
Does anyone doubt that if they were under a similar order for Sept. 29, that a deputy or a Marshall would have been at their door this morning? This above-the-law BS is what causes otherwise peaceful people to lose patience and react in ways that cannot be ignored.
I wasn't able to find the announcement quickly. I'll follow up if I find it.

Clinton’s responses to the 25 questions were originally due on Sept. 29. Now, they will be due on Oct. 13, less than four weeks before Election Day.

Hillary’s lawyers will try to run out the clock.
I hope the judge issues sanctions if it is not delivered today.

The deadline was extended for a couple of weeks, to Oct. 14 or so.
The judge supposedly said (paraphrasing) ‘this is a firm, final, don’t-even-think-about-another-delay date.’
We shall see.
Hillary will email the answers. Sid Blumenthal will get a copy of any classified responses.

If you have ever been in a lawsuit, you’ll remember that very little in the way of true information is gleaned from interrogatories. The attorneys always find ways to intervene such as claiming the answers would be too time consuming to obtain the info, questions are harassment or too vague, etc. blah, blah blah.
And if you do get an answer from Hillary it will be a claim of ignorance because she can’t recall, or has no specific recollection on the question at issue.
