This is a great video as to how Mr. Trump and Republicans reached out to the Root family after their daughter (my daughter's best friend) was killed by alleged drunk driver and illegal immigrant Edwin Mejia. Michelle and her ex-husband both voted twice for Obama, but only Republicans reached out to them after the accident.
Sens. Ernst, Fischer, Grassley, Sasse and Sessions all offered to help and not one of them asked of their political affiliations, just how they could help. From Congress it was Young, King, Gowdy,Goodlatte, Chaffetz and Gohmert plus along with countless other committee members and their staff have offered to help.
Aside from Democrat Ashford from Omaha, no Democrat reached out until her ex-husband Scott went to DC several weeks after Michelle.

Anyone that would vote democrat after seeing that is an enabler of this murderer. Democrats are enablers of most all that is wrong with our nation.

Did you see one of the comments left by a liberal under the video. I don’t have the direct quote, but it was something like, “Now would be a good time for an asteroid to hit Council Bluffs.” That is literally under a video of an interview of a family who lost their child, a family no one on the Democrat side bothered to reach out to. However, according to Hillary, the who left the comment is not deplorable.
I remember the night of the accident and one of her friend’s father got on FR and asked for prayers. The prayers are still being said and I pray that DT is part of the answer to those sorrowful prayers. What an unnecessary loss!
That is because the Dem politicos are street fighting snakes....hiss and smile...deceive.
The mom has been on the receiving end of numerous attacks. Fact, if Edwin Mejia wasn’t in the country, Sarah would be alive.
I am so sick of these killers running around hurting innocent people and our so called leaders don’t give a crap. Just like with Kates law they wouldn’t pass it. I am glad that Mr trump and some other republicans are helping the parents of Sara. When I read your post ans watched the video it made me cry.

What Trump responds to, as well as Sessions, is common decency & respect/caring as well as their law and order approach.
Families across the nation have been ignored and/ or vilified as they sought justice against an illegal.
I wasn’t familiar with the case until I saw this video, but it seems they haven’t caught him. I hope they are successful.
