The following scenario is what it could look like, and it does raise a few important questions.
The confrontation with the Russians has grown. Russian ships have fired warning shots at an American aircraft carrier in the Mediterranean as the US carrier approaches the Syrian coast.
The Russians counter by moving cruise missile carrying warships into place armed with Kaliber missiles, the same ones that smashed into Aleppo killing scores of people.
And the Russians are reportedly moving troops up closer to the borders of Eastern Europe.
A critical meeting takes place in the White House at 2300 hours (11PM). Present are President Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, key White House staffers including White House chief of staff and National Security Council Advisor. The new Director of the CIA also is there as is the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The CIA Director, who is a Cabinet member, is briefing on the crisis before the Chairman presents some military options. Clinton is listening and then, all of a sudden, her head slams into the conference table.
Everything stops. How to proceed?

Then I guess this neocon auto-erotic fantasy would continue with the veep taking over during the incapacitation.
If I was there, the next step would be to slam it a few more times, to be sure. Sort of like this:
“Hello this is 9-1-1 what’s your emergency”
“We have hilLIARy here and she looks like she passed out”
“OK, first lets make sure she’s unconscious”
“OK” [pause... WHAM...WHAM... WHAM...pause] “Ok, now what?”
That wretched old communist hag would have a brain injury and make the same “quality” decisions and our current “president” would make today.
I stopped with the words “President Hillary”. It won’t happen.
I don’t think it will make it there. At the rate things are going, Obama will bring us to a nuclear war with Russia. He’s trying now to get the UN and Europe allied against Russia right now. He is taking us to war with Russia as sure as the sun is coming up in the morning. Remember, Hillary reset the Cold War, which is all part of the Democrat plan. If we are involved in a nuclear war, the elections will be suspended. By the time 100 million Americans have died and the radiation has infected the rest of us, no one will remember who started it. This has been the plan all along

Then it’ll be President Bill Clinton Wilson (Edith Wilson took over when Woodrow had a stroke).....wouldn’t be surprised.
I wouldn't be surprised if that's been in the back of someone's mind all along...
