War crimes tribunal for ISIS detainees lacks support

War crimes investigators collecting evidence of the Islamic State group's elaborate operation to kidnap thousands of women as sex slaves say they have a case to try IS leaders with crimes against humanity but cannot get the global backing to bring current detainees before an international tribunal.

Two years after the IS onslaught in northern Iraq, the investigators, as well as U.S. diplomats, say the Obama administration has done little to pursue prosecution of the crimes that Secretary of State John Kerry has called genocide. Current and former State Department officials say that an attempt in late 2014 to have a legal finding of genocide was blocked by the Defense Department, setting back efforts to prosecute IS members suspected of committing war crimes.

"The West looks to the United States for leadership in the Middle East, and the focus of this administration has been elsewhere — in every respect," Bill Wiley, the head of the independent investigative group, the Commission for International Justice and Accountability, told The Associated Press.

The world’s leaders and elites just can’t muster any spine or outrage against Islam, in any form.

It is just plain bizarre.

Well, isn’t that just swell? I don’t think anything will surprise us any longer. This is asinine but then what isn’t that this bozo does or doesn’t do? Good grief - can’t he just evaporate into thin air? Melt away? ANYTHING to see the end of him!

The U.S. has no legal obligation to take on the genocide of the Yazidis, but President Barack Obama has said that "preventing mass atrocities and genocide is a core national security interest and a core moral responsibility of the United States of America."

However, it would throw a crimp in today's flourishing Saudi sex slave market of Yazidi girls, patronized by Saudis and Westerners, so we'll pass.

It's NOT bizzare at all. America's FIRST Muslim President will try to block anything that casts a negative light on his religion.

For those who aren't real bright and have trouble interpreting graphs:

If you are really a stupid American who is considering voting for Madam Benghazi, it may be a little clearer now. Hussein Obama is hoping you will remain under the Islamic spell of death.

Certainly Obama has not been up to bat for the Western World, much less the United States, and that’s to be expected of an extreme liberal, but there’s also the money factor. There’s BIG money in the World of Islam, and the self serving Liberal has his/her eye on that wad of cash.

To their shortsighted perspective getting along with the Muslim’s passing that cash is easy enough to do when the Muslims are way over there, and not in control of where the liberal lives.

The libs will be singing a different tune once they have sold us totally out for that wad of cash, and are confronted by the evil that is Islam in their own World. Then they will be wondering how “WE” got them into this mess.

Everyone who participated in any of the many crimes of ISIS should be identified, tracked down, and brought to justice.

“an attempt in 2014 to have a legal finding of genocide was blocked by the defense department...”

Well, of course. The defense department and CIA regard ISIS as an asset, in the war against...whomever. Otherwise, why would they arm them?
