Alabama is all about a good sliced pork sandwich, with tender meat and a crunchy ‘bark’ on the outside, also aptly as ‘outside meat’, and a tomato-based sauce.
Wait, so hogs in Alabama aren't like cows in India? I know some people that went to Alabama for a couple years, and they're pretty obsessed with their Razorbacks!

It’s Arkansas, where they call them ‘Razorbacks’ and put’em on the football team.
