A higher percentage of those types of people think they are the smartest person in any room, and it explains why so many liberals are dyed-in-the-wool nanny staters...they think they should be the ones to make the decisions on how others should live, and if something that they subscribe to failed, it could never, ever, be a false premise.
It explains why they are so contemptuous of the capitalistic concept of “The invisible hand”, or...the religious concept of God. They can’t control it. They MUST have their hands on the levers of power, even though the chances are high they will move those levers with all the intelligence and delicacy of a toddler trying to perform brain surgery.
If something fails, it always has to be due to the ‘fact” that the others who tried it aren’t as smart or talented as they are.

Ah yes...Atlas Shrugged. Fortunately, the Obama regime couldn’t do a real Directive 10-289. He certainly tried, what with Obamacare and his pen & phone and his Constitution-shredding XOs. All aided by the Democrat National Media.
They, the members of the Fourth Estate, are the real traitors. I expect Democrats and the globalists to be as dirty as they can get away with but media has abdicated their fundamental responsibility to hold those in power accountable.
