Donald Trump is lashing out against an African-American pastor who interrupted him Wednesday to chide him for campaigning in her Flint, Mich., church.
"Something was up," Trump told Fox and Friends on Thursday morning, calling the Rev. Faith Green Timmons a "nervous mess."
"I noticed she was so nervous when she introduced me," he said. "When she got up to introduce me she was so nervous, she was shaking. I said, wow, this is kind of strange. Then she came up. So she had that in mind, there's no question."

“campaigning in her Flint, Mich., church.”
A surefire way to lose your tax exempt status. I’d be nervous too.
I saw the interview and there certainly wasn't any "lashing out" taking place........Sheesh
Really? No church ever has. In fact the IRS has never even had the guts to take the issue to trial because they know it's unconstitutional and they would lose.
Lashing out? LMAO. Trump basically gave her a pass by implying that she is being coerced by the network media to retain her church’s tax exempt status.
This hypocritical “pastor’s” conduct was dishonest, rude, and inhospitable, and she was obviously setting a trap for Trump. She had him come there with the intent of embarrassing him. It was a dishonorable act that really only made her look bad, not her intended victim.
That’s what happened.
Woman pastor? Well right there says it all.........
“Lashing out” == Someone whom Big Media dislikes saying something that causes butthurt to Big Media.
When she went over to him, she said something like “we agreed before that you wouldn’t get political” and he stopped immediately. Trump agreed to lay off politics and turned around and went political. But let’s continue to trash her because it must be her fault.
Trump, please don’t pick a fight with a black pastor. He could use this to say, she was probably concerned about tax exempt status which is what he will change when he gets rid of law prohibiting churches from engaging in political activity.
A headline I read has "nervous mess" in quotes as something that Trump said on a morning show today. The body of the article does not use that language. The MSM does make up quotes so who can be sure. Sometimes quotation marks must mean the exact words someone says and sometimes they must mean words made-up to make a point.
The “we agreed” might have referred to a conversation with Trump’s advance people. So I would allow that there might have been some miscommunication. Or what is more likely, she might have told them “don’t get political,” and since she said it, in her mind that was an agreement. But really, what did she expect Trump to be doing in the midst of a campaign trip to Michigan? Why would they waste his time like that? “We invited you here to thank us” is disingenuous, don’t you think?
Eff the IRS, big time!!!!
Simple, obvious observation by Trump. No lashing out.
Only an idiot doesn’t expect a presidential candidate to campaign, and only a partisan stops them!
“Lashing out” makes it sound like Trump tied the woman to a tree and lashed her with a bullwhip. Next we will hear that Trump is going to “put all of you black folks back in chains.”
SINCE WHEN has a black church NOT used the pulpit for politics whenever they feel like it? SINCE WHEN would THEY have to worry about losing their tax exempt status for doing so?
It is the pastors responsibility for controlling the pulpit. She knows her flock the best. God entrusted them to her. Even if she was a full supporter of Trump’s she may have reasons to keep him from making a political pitch. One reason is her responsibility is to keep order in her church and keep the focus on Jesus. Trump’s presence could hinder those responsibilities. If there was nervousness perhaps she knew that some of her flock would have turned that meeting into a circus if she didn’t cut him off.
