For most of the past year, Carly Fiorina worked as hard as she could to beat Donald Trump.
First, she competed against the eventual GOP presidential nominee in the scrum of the 17-candidate Republican primary. After her campaign foundered, she returned to the fray briefly as the running mate of Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, in the final days of his campaign.
Now, as crunch time for Republicans emerges and the choice is stark, Fiorina, the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, says she is making a choice she wants all Americans to make.
“We must have President Trump — we can’t have President Clinton,” she told members of the Washington State Republican Party at their fall dinner, according to a tweet from the party.
The comment drew positive reaction.
Fiorina and Trump exchanged epic sound bites demeaning one another during the GOP’s tempestuous primary days.
Fiorina was solid in the debates. Her CEO tenures not so much. Good for her endorsement anyway.

I was listening to Glenn Beck today(I did not realize it at first) and he and Jonah Goldberg were still praising Cruz. I just went and shut off the radio at that point.
I already liked you, Ms. Fiorina. Now I like you even more. You have a more political wisdom than than Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, and John Kasich put together.
Carly’s a bigger man than Ted.
Good idea, since the Ambassador to Dirkastan is all ready for Hugh Hewitt. Hugh is best buds with the Health minster there.

Outside of a few progressives like Romney and Bush
I have suspected for a long time Never Trump was the biggest troll in history. Outside of a few progressives like Romney and Bush these folks will pretty much all be aboard the Trump Train by election day. They just wanted the primaries to continue so they could project their moral superiority over Trump and his unwashed supporters.

That woman shadowed PIAPS for weeks holding campaign rallies and and campaigning literally right outside where PIAPS was speaking. She was the only candidate until Trump to actually take PIAPS on directly. She was not my first choice but that alone raises her several steps above Yeb and several other former candidates in my book.
If I were Trump I’d see if she could be convinced to start showing up outside PIAPS events again. If Carly could get 500 people outside a PIAPS event she’d have more people outside than PIAPS would have inside. The visuals could be fun.
Why is anyone surprised?
