The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused a request to restore a week of early voting in swing-state Ohio.
The state's Democratic Party had asked the high court to suspend a ruling that allowed for the cut while Democrats and other plaintiffs appealed the issue. A lower court decision from last month upheld a law eliminating days in which people could register and vote at the same time, a period known as golden week. Democrats had claimed the reduction, along with other voting changes, disproportionately burdened black voters and those who lean Democratic.

Passive-aggressive. Dems believe their constituents are too stupid and incompetent to obtain identification and register to vote prior to any election. They know this, and they know that we know it, so the media presents it as “more of a burden”, or “disenfranchizing”. Their constituency, already besotted with a victim mentality, eat it up and start singing “We Shall Overcome”. 50+ years on and it still works. You must admit, the Dems know their base!

“Voter” if you can’t figure out how to vote in a 29-day window, you are useless. You can even vote by mail. Can you figure out how to mail things?? Do you know any people to help you? Do you have any family to help you? Can you find some social worker to help you? Can you find some church to help you? Can you find any BLM people to help you? Do you live in a total vacuum? How do you get food? Voting is similar, but you don’t have to pay.

29 days is not enough , they need those full 35 days or their chances of voting is severely reduced? Golden week indeed.
In other words, blacks in states without 4 weeks early voting are burdened more. prove it.
If they can sign up for a SNAP card, they can get a voter ID.
