Was it Hitlery who arranged for the candidates to NOT appear together at the forum? Or was that for some other reason? I thought that was pretty strange, too.

Separate appearances for forums and town hall type events have been done before. During the primary, Cruz and Trump appeared separately in Wisconsin at a town hall taking questions from the audience.
I'm wondering too if Hillary will be able to show up for the debates. Judging from the news spin the last couple of days, the media will say Trump backed out.
