Ammon Bundy spoke with Gavin Seim from prison last week and reminded Gavin and the rest of us what the protest in Oregon (Oregon Standoff) earlier this year was about.

It was about the Hammonds and their second jailing as terrorists for lighting a backfire to protect their property.

People are coming to Portland to protest as the Oregon Standoff trial of Ammon and the other six defendants starts this morning.

Hopefully all will come in the spirit of Ammon and the murdered LaVoy Finicum, a spirit of peace and of 'loving thy neighbor' as in the Hammonds.

The individuals who first claimed not to support the January protest, then showed up all militarized at the refuge presenting a bad image of the protest, then cut and ran when LaVoy was killed and the FBI moved in may try to make some noise again.

But a militant image wasn't desired by Ammon Bundy back in January and its not desired now.

The tyrant wants these lands for themselves and their overlord international profiteers.

I despise DC.

Have they yet accepted and respect the authority of the US government? No sympathy for the Bundys while they reject the US yet want all our privileges. Until they accept the jurisdiction of the US, maybe they should go to GitMo?

Accept and respect the authority of the US government to do what, exactly?

This is the US and whether they like it or not, public lands are administered by federal, state, or local governments. Further, we have a Constitution and laws. Rejecting the US government and its jurisdiction and authority undermine this and makes them no better than lawless people, terrorists or otherwise. Isn’t this why they are sitting and rotting in jail? Armed insurrection is not going to change public ownership of our lands (and some of us are happy with that public ownership wherein I can travel without No Trespassing signs). Further, they grazed cattle on public lands without paying (after signing contracts and initially paying). That cheats us, the public. Personally, I think we give away grazing and mining rights and all too cheaply. Citizens should be getting more out of the use of our public lands. Thieves, like the Bundys, cannot be dismissed. Anyway, nice little distraction from Clinton’s problems. How about we get back to that? Bundys are doing just fine in jail.

The Hammonds were the reason the Bundys came to Oregon.

People sent to jail as terrorists for a second time for lighting a backfire to protect their property from a forest fire.

You support the jailing of people who light backfires to protect their land as ‘terrorists’?

By the way, it was bad enough having Glenn Beck look the other way while the protest was going on and he was on his quest to elect Ted Cruz.

Now someone who supports Donald Trump opposes the patriots stand out West.

Some activists like Gavin Seim say its not worth voting for Trump since he doesn’t stand with the patriots.

I’m voting for Trump but he better free the Hammonds, the Bundy’s etc. etc. and reform the land policies out West or let the resistance continue.

LOL! You're a clown, Reno.

What about the laws that Hillary Clinton and Lois Lerner broke?

As I’ve always said, put them in jail. Do you instead think that I mean jail Bundys and give Clinton and Lerner passes?! Now that is LOL.

I can’t wait to see how vehemently these “RESPECK OUR GUBMENT FOOS!” types defend the Feds et al if we get a Democrat President.

That is, if they’re allowed back on the internet or allowed any other outlet for their new-found dissent.

I love this part here:

“Citizens should be getting more out of the use of our public lands. Thieves, like the Bundys, cannot be dismissed.”

The Bundys are not citizens, according to Reno89519. I copy-pasted these sentences exactly as they appear; one right next to the other. Practically in the same breath, he says citizens need to get good use out of public land, except for citizens who DO get good use out of the public land, who are thieves.

Really, you can’t make this stuff up. A fictional narrative has to be believable; cognitive dissonance does not.

Further, we have a Constitution and laws.

Sure you do, for the little people but not those that are charged with enforcing them.

Were you outraged when Obama gave 400 million to Iran for our prisoners? How about when you found out that it wasn't 400 million but 33 billion? were you quoting the law then? When the law is selectively enforced there is no law.

It was revealed today John Kerry managed to steer 9 million tax payer dollars into his daughters charity, will you demand that he obey the law, or will you find some way to declare it was perfectly legal?

The Hammond ranch in Oregon is PRIVATE property adjacent to a wildlife reguge. The US government has engaged in harassment for decades because the refuge managment covets both their private property.

Bundy is in a kangaroo court. He embarrassed the Government by not allowing them to kill him and steal his property[land] earlier. They will make up for it this time. He, at this point, is a walking dead man. While it is true that cannot give him the death penalty, they can and will lock him away from the public eye for decades and decades. Then, as they did with Jim McDougal, they will drug test him and that will be the end of him.

The same will be done to the Hammonds, if they don’t break down and sell in order to get out of prison.

= = =

There’s some BLM land, and wilderness near me.

May not be ‘No Trespassing’, but there are restrictions.

And the Solar and Wind Farms, which were BLM, and accessable, are not not.

They are trying to take Mr GG2’s mine which he and his partners hold a legal patent claim to right now. The operative word being legal. That includes a quarter of a million dollars of heavy equipment the govt wants to just seize as well as the mine itself. The legal fees to keep this in court til hopefully Trump gets elected are horrendous.

The Government is actively engaged in grossly illegal activity to try to get all mining and ranching activity off public lands.

As you sit in your cubicle of the customer service dept at Direct TV waiting to get paid on Friday some of us who invested and risked our hard earned savings as entrepreneurs for years on end don’t want to bend over and let rogue agencies like the BLM and the EPA steal our businesses.

So why don’t you STFU since you don’t have a clue.
