15% Over Target: 11,491 Syrian Refugees Admitted Already; 0.46% Are Christians

(CNSNews.com) – With three weeks of the fiscal year to go, the Obama administration has exceeded its Syrian refugee admission target by 15 percent, with 11,491 resettled in the United States as of the beginning of this week.

Since President Obama’s goal of 10,000 Syrian refugee admissions in FY 2016 was achieved on August 29, the number continues to pick up steadily.

August ended with a new monthly record of 3,189 Syrian refugee arrivals, and a further 751 have been ushered in so far in September: 749 Sunni Muslims; two Catholic Christians.

the way the Christians are being denied entry is because the refuges have to go through united nations refuge camps. the camps are dangerous for Christians because they are being administrated by Muslims who ignore the raping and killing of Christians by the Muslim population in the camps. most of the Christians are being taken care of by private charities in refugee camps not administrated by the UN. on those rare occasions a Christian is in the UN camp those determining who gets a chance to go to a host nation is controlled by Muslims who actively discriminate against any Christian applicant for asylem

True! You make an important point. It’s not usually explained for some reason. Christians (Syrian and many others) are in serious danger in refugee centers. The dominant muslims isolate and persecute their own countrymen who are Christians. The UN and the “host” countries with camps cannot or will not control the violence. Therefore the real refugees who are Christian either die, live in fear, or get help from outside humane agencies like Amnesty International or the Catholic Church.
